Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Support

ASCEND

Young Adult Intensive Treatment

Who It’s For

Young adults ages 18–28 who are experiencing overwhelm, disconnection, low motivation, or difficulty managing independence, school, work, or relationships. Ascend is ideal for those struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive dysfunction, or the impact of past trauma.

Why It Matters

The transition to adulthood can be challenging, especially when emotional, cognitive, or social readiness doesn’t match external expectations. Ascend helps young adults build the insight, stability, and real-world skills needed to thrive. Our program combines mental health therapy for young adults with executive function coaching and life skills support to close the gap between potential and performance.

When to Reach Out

If you or your young adult child is experiencing intense mood swings, persistent anxiety, difficulty following through, or behavioral patterns that interfere with school, work, or daily life, it may be time to seek structured, integrative mental health support. Early intervention can prevent patterns from becoming long-term barriers.
